This course is split into the following modules

Day 1

Integrating AI in your work practices: people, process, technology: This module will explore the potential business opportunities presented by AI and examine its impact on various facets of organisational operations. Through a comprehensive analysis, participants gain insights into how AI influences customers, employees, processes, and technological infrastructure. By understanding these dynamics, participants can strategically leverage AI to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness within their organisations.

Use cases and AI tools and infrastructure, business functions and areas of expertise: This module will focus on the process of identifying potential GenAI use cases that can be leveraged within your organisation and the various approaches that can be taken to implement, scale, and operate such use cases.
