This can be achieved if Managers can reduce people’s resistance to change which may stem from a feeling of overwhelmingness or unpreparedness due to inadequate training or support, which makes them frustrated and unproductive. This can also lead to a sense of lack of proactiveness and ownership. Furthermore, this session also delves into how AI will impact people, work, and processes.

  • People-Centric change models
  • Change management activities
