The Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt is a 7 days online instructor-led course. Now you have the opportunity to take the Yellow Belt in a shortened one-day course compared to the classic two-day training and to continue the Green Belt immediately. Upon successful completion of the Yellow & Green-Belt training, you will receive certificates for both levels.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: The course is suitable for project team members and for all those who want to learn more about the basic principles and benefits of the Lean Six Sigma methodology in an interactive and effective way.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: The course is suitable for people from across industries and will be appreciated especially by project managers and project team members who work on more challenging projects. You need to hold the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Prerequisites

It is necessary to attend the whole seven-day Yellow & Green-Belt programme (the one-day version of Yellow Belt cannot be attended separately).

Assessment

In order to obtain the certificate, attendees will need to do the following:

  • Yellow Belt – 2 days course, participation required
  • Green Belt – 5 days course, 80% attendance, test and project. Participants are expected to finish the Define and Measure phase including collecting the data. For the Analyse, Improve, Control, they are expected to find root causes, suggest improvement and control mechanisms.

Due to the enrolling procedures, if a delegate wants a globally recognised qualification from ISACA or ASQ, they will need to sit this exam separately. The fee for such an exam is not included in the quoted fee and can be found in the official website of ISACA and ASQ. Attendees will need to book for themselves.
