Should Attend
Get to grips with attacks that hackers use against you and learn about the controls you can deploy to protect your systems. You will learn how to protect, detect and respond to the network attacks during this technical cyber workshop. Explore and learn about network defence, network security controls, protocols, perimeter appliances, IDS, IPS, VPN and firewalls. Deep dive into the intricacies of network traffic signature analysis as we rip apart the TCP/IP protocol stack. Learn about Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery and how to support business requirements.
Prerequisites
IT Systems administration experience, equivalent of CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Server+. Understanding of networking and TCP/IP, equivalent of CompTIA Network+. It is strongly recommended that delegates have fundamental security experience, equivalent of CISMP or CISSP.
Assessment
At the end of the course, you sit for the Exam. The exam is included in the fee. This exam is 4 hours long and consists of 100 questions in the format of interactive multiple choice questions. Test delivery: ECC exam
Key-Features
To equip the delegates with skills that will help to prevent successful attacks, detect those that are successful and foster a culture of resiliency and continuity of operations during attacks. The CND course prepares candidates for the EC Council CND exam, an internationally recognized cyber security certification which is included as part of the course!
