Meet the PwC Academy Team

Lisa Pullicino
Lisa is responsible for the overall quality assurance of PwC’s Academy services. Her role is to ensure that the final product observes the PwC quality standards and MFHEA’s quality standards as a higher education institution.

Pamela Mamo
Pamela Mamo is a Director within PwC’s Academy in Malta. She has established the Academy as a leading training service provider in line with the national quality education standards and with digital education requirements for the 21st century. Since 2019, the Academy delivers end-to-end learning consulting services.

Ingrid Fagundes
Ingrid is a Manager at PwC Malta and brings over a decade of expertise in digital learning, instructional design, learning strategies, organisational change and project/program management. She leads PwC’s Academy Malta Change Management and Learning Consulting services, advising clients on digital, learning and organisational transformation and leading a team of Digital Learning designers. Her main goal is to empower people and organisations to improve their performance through learning and technology.

Jonadine Dy
Jonadine leads LMS Services at PwC’s Academy in Malta, specialising in platform enhancements, implementations, and consulting. She leads strategic learning technology initiatives, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Her collaborative approach supports successful LMS rollouts and continuous improvement.

Bernice Borg
Bernice Borg project manages end-to-end learning, overseeing the full lifecycle from entity onboarding, execution of deliverables to final evaluations. She coordinates with stakeholders, manages reporting and financial tracking, and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulations. Bernice leads risk management within the team and contributes strategically to the development and optimisation of operational processes, and financial planning.

Alberto Nocentini
Alberto is in charge of both Business Development, Sales and Marketing activities for the Academy. As a Business Developer, he is in constant contact with new or established clients to foster PwC’s Academy visibility and presence in the market to create new business opportunities, build networks and support our customers even better.

Danica Camilleri
Danica forms part of both the Academy and Marketing & Communications teams, making her role a very unique one. As part of the Academy team, Danica takes care of the day-to-day logistics of all four floors of collaborative and creative zones. She makes sure our trainers have all the resources they need and all the activities happening within the building are adequately supported.

Julia Galan
Julia is responsible for organising firm-related events both within the Academy building and at external venues. In addition, she manages the daily operations of the Hub, overseeing logistics across all four floors of collaborative and creative zones. Julia ensures trainers have the resources they need and that all activities within the building are well-supported, contributing to a seamless and professional learning environment.
Katrina Farrugia
Katrina serves as the ACCA Programme Coordinator, facilitating student enrolment, providing guidance, and ensuring access to resources. She manages communications, collaborates across departments, and cultivates a supportive environment that drives academic and professional success.

Emma Lanzon
Emma supports the Learning Manager in coordinating end-to-end learning programmes, ensuring seamless delivery from participant onboarding and trainer liaison to logistics, assessments, evaluations, and reporting. She plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of each training initiative. Emma also contributes to the development of bespoke soft-skills training and provides ongoing support to learners through the learning management system, helping to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Carl Grech
Carl is responsible for creating new and improving existing high quality eLearns and other digital learning assets. He is also responsible for video and audio production and comes up with efficient ways to keep the digital team up to date with gamified innovations that are feasible within eLearning.

Amber Seychell
Amber is responsible for creating new and improving existing high quality eLearns and other digital learning assets. She focuses on developing high end animations and illustrations and visuals for the learning journey.

Francesco Scicluna
Francesco designs and enhances eLearning content, specializing in advanced animations, illustrations, and visual elements to create engaging learning experiences. He also enhances the LMS's UX/UI by leveraging coding and customisable elements. His work supports effective digital learning journeys through a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and user-centric design.

Lara Zammit
Lara is a Training Coordinator at PwC’s Academy Malta, specialising in LMS support and client training. She designs course pages, maintains the platform, and ensures smooth learning experiences. With a blend of technical know-how and client focus, Lara plays a key role in delivering impactful LMS services.
