Course Description

Develop management accounting techniques to help you support businesses to plan, control and monitor performance. You’ll learn different ways of managing finance within an organisation with the aim of enhancing business performance.

This course will be delivered via a hybrid modality. Consequently, weekday lectures will be held completely live-online while Saturday lectures will be held physically face-to-face with the option to join live-online as well.

  1. The nature, source and purpose of management information
  2. Data Analysis and statistical techniques
  3. Cost accounting techniques
  4. Budgeting
  5. Standard costings
  6. Performance measurement

Should Attend

Individuals who would like to start the ACCA qualification or those who are doing their ACCA Applied Knowledge exams

Prerequisites

Either holding a fully awarded matriculation certificate or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or similar.

There are no minimum entry requirements for students opting for the Foundations in Accountancy (FIA).
