On this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course you’ll learn how to improve customer satisfaction, service delivery, cost control, process performance, and new product introduction.

Should Attend
Green Belt Training is essential for anyone expected to lead improvement initiatives or work with other professionals leading improvement programs within an organisation. This course is designed with utilising Six Sigma to deliver a quality improvement project and is suitable to all levels including: Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers, Quality System Managers, operations Managers, Finance & Commercial Managers
Prerequisites
Prerequisites are not necessary but some familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) will help. Learners should have an idea for a project that they wish to use for the program.
Assessment
At the end of the course, you will sit for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam. This exam is in multiple choice format and has a 70% pass mark. The price quoted includes the exam, mentoring and marking. Delegates will receive a certificate post-course completion. The certificate is awarded based on successful completion of an exam and a project which needs to be submitted within 12 weeks of course completion.
Due to the enrolling procedures, if a delegate wants a globally recognised qualification from ISACA or ASQ, they will need to sit this exam separately. The fee for such an exam is not included in the quoted fee and can be found in the official website of ISACA and ASQ. Attendees will need to book for themselves.
