Course Description

The Black Belt is a ten-day interactive course that provides a sophisticated integration of Lean techniques into Six-Sigma methodology, combining two progressive management approaches into one strong business strategy. The content of the training is continuously adapted to meet the current requirements and needs of the manufacturing sector, administration and services. Our Black Belt course is very practical oriented. We will provide you with skills and methods that we teach our consultants ourselves and that we actually use on our clients’ projects.
Dates: 4 & 5 January 2024; 8 & 9 February 2024; 7 & 8 March 2024; 4 & 5 April 2024; 2 & 3 May 2024; from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.

The course will cover the following areas:

  • Day 1 – Project Management
  • Day 2 – Intro to stats for Lean Six Sigma
  • Day 3 – Advanced Analysis
  • Day 4 – Leadership
  • Day 5 – Hypothesis testing, Business model & Agile
  • Day 6 – Managing Innovation, creativity
  • Day 7 – Change Management
  • Day 8 – Automation & Process flow
  • Day 9 – Understanding data
  • Day 10 – Review and Exam

Should Attend

The course is suitable for project managers addressing the company’s major problems, middle and top management of companies and all of those who want to lead the research teams using the DMAIC methodology.

Prerequisites

Participants must demonstrate Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification prior to participation.

Assessment

In order to obtain the certificate, attendees will need to follow a 10 days course with 80% of attendance and present a project. The project will require to obtain a 40K EUR of savings and to be finished within 1 year after completing the training. Attendees will need to gain practical experience and written confirmation of at least 1 year of Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement / Quality Management experience
