You’ll develop knowledge and skills in the understanding of the general legal framework, and of specific legal areas relating to business, recognising the need to seek further specialist legal advice where necessary.

  1. Essential elements of legal systems 
  2. The law of obligation 
  3. Employment Law 
  4. The formation and constitution of business organisations 
  5. Capital and the financing of companies 
  6. Management, administration and regulation of companies 
  7. Insolvency Law 
  8. Corporate fraudulent and criminal behaviour

Should Attend

Individuals who are doing their ACCA Applied Skills exams

Prerequisites

Either has completed all 3 Applied Knowledge exams or holds a relevant Accounting, Finance, or similar degree

Assessment

The Academy prepares students to sit for their Computer Based Exam (CBE) in either June or December.
